Do you ensure the safety of my pets?+
The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at Rocket City Scoopers. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard, and we ensure all our employees are background checked.
Do I have to sign a contract for your services?+
No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or emailing us.

Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We only ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, please leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.

No, we don’t provide arrival times for our services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time the day before services are completed to help keep costs low.
How do you dispose of the pet waste after each cleanup?+
Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop is considered a hazardous material. We will take the waste off your property and properly dispose of it with Waste Management.
